To retrieve your username or password details to log into the management console, you must first let us know if you usually log in with an email address.

You've either joined Cloud Services using your own email address, or you have an existing Telstra or Bigpond account.
Use the following links to retrieve your username and password.
If you're a Telstra Business customer with access to My Account, retrieve your password below.
If you're an Enterprise customer with access to Your Telstra Tools, retrieve your details below.
Request a username and password if you're an existing customer without online access.

Select 'give someone account access' from the 'account settings' section.
Select 'Update Product Access' from the user's details page
